Delivery and Installation
If required we will deliver to your client on your behalf as representatives of your branch. Goods will be assembled and installed with due professionalism.
Delivery Rates*
Delivery rates are adjusted according to the quantity of the order and the region.
Gauteng – R500.00 excl. VAT
* Please note an additional fee of up to 5% of the total order may be applicable on certain orders, depending on the installation requirement, and size of order. Your sales representative will be able to confirm the final delivery fee on quotation.
Payment Terms
On acceptance of quotation, a 50% deposit is required before any order will be confirmed. Custom made items require a minimum deposit of 80%. Goods will only be dispatched once the balance of the payment is received in full.
Returns and Warranty
All goods carry a manufacturer warranty (please confirm the period with your sales agent).
No refund, return or exchange will be granted on any confirmed order, aside for manufacture defects.
Office Group can in no way warranty goods delivered or installed by a third-party, unless the fault is assessed as a manufacture fault. Should any component be damaged when first unpacked it is imperative that a photo be taken and the component returned before being assembled.
