I do not often leave reviews, but I felt this company truly deserved one. Before placing my order, I phoned to confirm the measurements of the chair. The person who assisted me actually went to physically measure the chair and then phoned me back with the information I needed. That level of service and willingness to help already impressed me before I had even placed my order. Delivery was also extremely fast — only 3 days. Unfortunately, the wrong chair was initially delivered, but this is where excellent customer service really shows. It is easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly; the real test is how a company handles things when something goes wrong. Nazareen Sally responded quickly and professionally, and the issue was resolved with impressive speed. The correct chair was delivered shortly afterwards, and throughout the process the communication was excellent. The quality of the chair itself is also fantastic and has already made a huge difference to my comfort while working. I would definitely recommend this company based not only on product quality, but also on their after-sales service and professionalism.

Phoned them and clear lack of friendliness. I got the impression that they not really prepare to help. Oh well....I'll just contact the next listing on Google. Customer experience is everything and some business should really invest in it. I assume now that the recent pandemic is over...the extra mile for the customer is no longer needed.
